A little detail helps us reply faster and more usefully. When you write, it helps to include:

How Quickly We Reply

We aim to answer most messages within two to three working days. Some questions take longer, especially if we need to check facts or update a page. If that happens, we will let you know we are working on it. Messages sent at weekends or on bank holidays are usually picked up on the next working day.

Spotted Something We Got Wrong?
